She finished 3rd or 4th in her heat, in which all 8 dogs crossed the finish line!  She was in Heat #1 of the day, and by comparison, only 3 out of 8 doxies found the finish line in Heat #2.  We are really proud of her and, yes, she was the cutest dog there! On Wednesday, July 5th, we went to KTLA in Hollywood to do a promo appearance on the Morning News program.  We raced a few times in the parking lot – 12 dogs were there.  Emilie got lots of camera time (because she’s so cute).  After racing in the parking lot they had us all go into the studio around the news anchors for the end of the show, and Emmy got lots of good camera time there, too. She got 2nd in both her trial runs there, so ran consistently well all week. More photos from this event will be posted here soon!
